Welcome to Inter Island Airways! and thank you for patronizing our airline during your travels throughout the Samoas.  Inter Island Airways continues to thrive by being nibble, efficient and controlling cost in our operations.  In doing so, we continue to maintain our low fares while continuing to offer suburb flight service to you, our valued customers!  With 2010 behind us, we are now expanding into new South Pacific markets!

 

In 2011, we look forward to transporting you to our new islands destinations as we plan air service to Vava’u and Nuku’alofa in the Kingdom of Tonga, Alofi, Niue and to Suva and Nadi in Fiji (Pending Approvals), utilizing Dornier 328-100 aircraft.  We are absolutely convinced you will be pleased with our new service, not just in aircraft comfort, but with new regular convenient flights that connect you with each South Pacific islands more efficiently, and at the best airfare value in today’s economy.

Aircraft offers jet prop speeds of 380 miles/hr, reducing flight time between island points by hours!

Cruising at 30,000 feet, flight time between island destinations is expected to be (approximate duration):

· Pago Pago to/from Apia:     20 minutes

· Pago Pago to/from Vava’u:  60 minutes (coming soon)

· Pago Pago to/from Nuku’alofa:   90 minutes (coming soon)

· Pago Pago to/from Niue:     50 minutes (coming soon)

· Nuku’alofa to/from Niue:     60 minutes (coming soon)

· Pago Pago to/from Suva:    2 hrs, 15 minutes (coming soon)
